Hello friends!

I write to you today from Tiruvanamalai, Southern India.

A small town at the base of the sacred mountain, Arunachala.
This past month has been full of travel.

From visiting friends and family in New York

To boarding flights to West Africa

Ghana

Mali

And now India.

It's been a blessing to see the world,
To experience different cultures

Make new friends

And be welcomed like family.

Travel helps me feel a part of the larger world

And reflect back on where I come from,

with more love,

and clearer vision.

Resources for the Path
Last month I shared some of the practices I do each day that help me transmute, integrate, and steady myself in a healthier state of being.
This month, I want to share with you a playlist I created-
A Soul and Folk Journey
For the month of November
These songs move me,
they transmute my sadness and frustrations,
and encourage and awaken my joy for living.
Together they form a rhythmic prayer.
Hope you enjoy!
Happy Traveling Friends!
That's it for this month's post card.
Wishing you well where ever the path may take you!
